What this notice covers
This website introduces our three practices. Each one has its own website and its own privacy notice, which applies when you use that site or work with that practice:
- Thrivology Executive Coaching: thrivology.co.uk/privacy.html
- Thrivology Digital: thrivologydigital.com/privacy-policy
- Femmeprenista: femmeprenista.com/terms-and-privacy
What we collect
- When you email us: your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as your organisation or role.
- When you visit the website: our web host keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested. We use them only to keep the site secure and working.
There are no forms, no newsletter sign-up and no account on this website. We do not ask for sensitive information such as health details.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to introduce you to the right practice. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us about our services. Where a conversation moves towards an agreement, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If your enquiry is best handled by one of our practices, we pass it to the team running that practice. They are part of the same company, so your information stays with Thrivology Limited.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of providers to run the business. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Google Workspace (Google) | Email and business documents |
| Hostinger | Website hosting and server logs |
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. If you use the light or dark mode switch, your choice is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
- Enquiries that lead to a contract: kept for the length of the contract and six years afterwards, for legal and accounting purposes.
- Server logs: kept by our web host for a limited period set by the host.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use it
- object to us using it
- ask for your information in a portable format, where that applies
To use any of these rights, email hello@thethrivologycompany.com. We will respond within one month.
